Diversity and Inclusion

The A&BS Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Team strives to promote a welcoming and respectful atmosphere for its employees, customers, and partners through the following efforts: 

  • Engagement – share resources and connect with A&BS staff throughout the employee life cycle to understand their individual experiences and needs  
  • Awareness – promote news, events and educational opportunities that support the efforts of diversity, equity, and inclusion 
  • Support – provide a forum where A&BS unit representatives can share best practices and openly discuss diversity, equity and inclusion issues impacting Penn State, the local community and beyond 
  • Recommendation – advocate for policies and practices that enhance diversity, equity and inclusion within A&BS
