Culinary Support Services

Culinary Support Services is made up of the Office of the Corporate Executive Chef, Office of the Registered Dietitian, Foods Warehouse, and Penn State Bakery. Our responsibilities include recipe development and product testing, HACCP coordination, culinary training and instruction, nutrition education programming, nutritional compliance, warehousing, and bakery production for all of the Penn State Food Services operations.
